I have a short video clip on YouTube, it’s called the, “Pink Piano Project”.
In it I have spoken of my Bush Libraries.
Along with Pink Pianos and Pink Bush/street libraries I have placed them around Far West NSW (40 km outside of Wentworth at a rest stop heading towards Broken Hill. Thackaringa Hills ~ Its near the township of Coburn on the NSW/SA border, Popiltah Lake Rest Stop ~ half way between Broken Hill and Wentworth. One of the life style shows on TV mentioned the Thackaringa Bush Library as it had a bullet hole in it. (Things you find in the outback).
I also have a Bush library at Salt Creek rest stop, near the Lipson turn off on the Lincoln Highway and my own Street Library out the front of my house in Henderson Street, Port Lincoln. You can’t miss it.
I have used a 1950's Kelvinator fridge.
The previous owner who is a retired doctor acquired it when he worked at Woomera back in the 60s.
He told me it was in the kitchen of his work place when Neil Armstrong set foot on the moon in 1969. Woomera played a valuable part in history.
