During the isolation period, the children at AppleTree began discussing ways of contributing to the local community. Some of the children suggested that they share stories.
After doing some research together the children and educators discovered Street Libraries and decided this would be a perfect project to take part in.
With Street Libraries, children are encouraged to take a book from our Library and leave a book, you can leave any book you like. The Street Library book exchange function’s on an honesty system, everyone contributes to ensure there are always quality books inside.
