Our Benarrawa (Yuggera word for Oxley Creek catchment) Library is hungry for your donations!

From Benarrawa Place – We build relationships with individuals, families & groups, that reflect the diversity of community… To Connect, Welcome & Work together to share histories and stories & build knowledge, reflect community interests and needs, create innovative responses to address identified needs, enhance the strengths of the wider community, including our organisation, develop purposeful networks and partnerships, act for social and ecological justice. So that … Working together with people we grow a resilient and connected community based on mutual respect.

This street library is part of this mission/vision of our little organisation. In the not too distant future we hope to have an outdoor deck and seating where people can sit under the tree and have a cuppa and read or meet people on the way to the park/dog park/river. Watch this space. Feel free to give us any feedback, we look forward to meeting you soon. In the meantime, Happy reading!
