Berowra Girl Guides Street Library

Hill St, Berowra

Come one, come all, and visit our brightly coloured (and painted with love) street library.

Lovingly donated by Hornsby Council and painted by the Berowra Senior Guides this street library is adjacent to the Berowra Girl Guide Hall and is open to all members of the community. Come and read a book, swap a story and keep the reading bug alive!

The peacock on the side represents the beautiful wildlife in Berowra (and our informal unit mascot of the Senior Guides). The campfire represents the amazing adventures that Girl Guides experience. The trefoil on both sides of the street library is the international symbol that represents Girl Guides around the world.
