The naming of our street library stems from our connection with the Bilby. For many years our Kindy has been bilby buddies, supporting the at-risk Australian native animal, from extinction.

Our street library will be another way for our Kindy to connect with our local community. Our goal is to promote literacy learning and a love of books for all children and our wider community. Our Bilby Burrow Book Box was built by one of our Kindy families.
