The street library is the perfect complement to our art gallery, which supports artists within our local area, is part of a ‘poets in residence’ programme and has a cute home-style café which is the perfect place to sit and relax with a book and a cuppa. It is our aim to promote all aspects of art, whether it is visual art, the written word, the spoken word or music. This street library has been donated to the gallery by one of our wonderful patrons, it has been decorated by the gallery owner and stocked with books donated by other gallery patrons…a real collaborative effort.
Our street library is right outside an art gallery and a cute little café...we're all about pictures, words, food, fun and friendship.
