As an English teacher, I want to ensure that everyone has access to books and the opportunity to develop a love of learning. Street libraries remove barriers that prevent children from reading and provide easy access to a range of texts.
Books provide comfort, knowledge, joy and allow us to expand our understanding of the world around us. Everyone should have the opportunity to experience the magic of reading.
