Our library is a Redhead Sustainable Neighbourhood Group project. The idea was initially suggested by a member who had seen them around his home town in the USA. Other members volunteered and together we built, painted, installed and stocked it. A local artist contributed her time and talent to beautifully paint it. We are working in conjunction with the Redhead Community Library to encourage everyone to read more. A great team effort!
Outside a great cafe two minutes from Redhead beach, our library is cared for by enthusiastic readers, assuring an interesting, ever-changing collection. Come on down!
