Our local Scout Group – 1st Alexandria – did a great job constructing the street library. Burren Street resident Chris Smith did a great job glamming it up adding a solar panel and fairy lights and then laser cutting a cool sign and handle (that says BOOKS).
Possibly the only street library with it's own solar panel so it can light up at night: just when you might want to choose a book before bed.
