I own lots of books. I always wanted to share them and years ago even catalogued them so I could start a private library but life got in the way. Then I heard about the Little Street Library program, and have wanted to build one ever since. The structure is based on an old cupboard that my Dad made 50 years ago,; the local Men’s Shed gave it new sides and roof and converted an old window frame I gave them into a door. As with everything on my property I try to re-use and recycle, making my place as sustainable as possible. there is also a verge garden out front if you need some basic greens or citrus in season.
Great assortment of novels.
