As big readers and an active member of a local book club, we have always had the dilemma of “what to do with all those books”! When the Townsville City Council ran a competition to win a street library, we thought it was a wonderful opportunity to share our books with the neighbourhood. In the age of COVID, our street library offers a chance to develop a supportive community and sharing of resources.
Our vibrant street library experiences a high turnover of books with new titles added regularly. The library stocks all genres. If you want to lose yourself in a book, visit Campion Circle Street Library.
