Centaurus street library

Once upon a time our son saw a street library and wanted to build one for our street too.
After drawing up plans and designs, we ended up buying a kit….
The tricky part was painting it, general disagreement amongst the design team meant that it was going to be hard to decide how to paint it. Then disaster hit, when the one who wears mismatching socks was sent to Bunnings to buy the paint. When he returned, the word “eyesore” was thrown around and at that point we did not know if the project would ever get completed.
Then we finished it.
