Clapham Little Street Library

Cnr Winnall and Windsor Streets, Clapham SA 5062

Under the large verandah of a 1920’s old shop corner house there are five shelves of books for adults and one shelf for children, as well as a wooden bench to sit and read or test in shade and shelter.
You can even leave a message on our chalk board.

The old windows of the shop front had been filled in years before we moved here – they looked quite dreary. A dear friend built in some shelves for me and the library was born.
Please don’t leave boxes or bags of books, only novels and smaller books that can fit and be left easily in the shelves.
Come a sit a while and read. 🙂
