We were inspired to install a Little Street Library after our daughter Holly put one outside her house in South Launceston. Also, when we visited New York a few years ago we loved how people in Brooklyn left piles of books on their stairs for people to take – we thought it was such a lovely gesture and a great way to share a love of reading with your neighbours.
We also have a ridiculous collection of books that needs thinning down a bit 🙂
You'll find all types of books but most of what we'll pop inside is Scandinavian crime or modern fiction - with maybe a little non-fiction too.
