The library is located near the local primary school. It is a fitting place as school is part of one's journey of loving books.

The local primary school’s Graduation Class of 2018 along with the school’s Parent and Citizen Association bought the library for the community. A member of the Parent and Citizen Association decorated the library and another member, who is a librarian, will manage the care of the library.
