A bit of creative fun during lockdown, painted with Katoomba heritage colours approved for our home, and decorated with quotes from favourite authors and touches of bling. It has been launched as part of #yearinaday (See Blue Mountains City Council Planetary Health Initiative Blog) and Permaculture Design based on the principles of Earth Care, People Care, and Fairshare out of a desire to help build community. It required team effort to install to make sure it is both accessible and secure – thanks to my clever husband he has created a drainage system so that a miniature garden can be cultivated at the base.
