Dargan Village Street Library

Corner Chifley Road and Valley View Road, Dargan 2786

Adorned with nice artwork, our library boasts not only of pre-loved books but CDs and DVDs. The community newsletter, The Lyrebird Local is here too.

The villages of Clarence Dargan and Bell were devastated by the black summer bushfires in 2019. From the ashes rose the Association of Bell Clarence Dargan whose vision is of a strong, resilient and connected community that is able to protect and promote the natural, scenic, cultural, economic and social values of the localities of Bell, Clarence and Dargan for current and future generations. Having a Street Library is one way that we see that community connection being encouraged. This is the first one of three, one for each village.
