The idea of this Library came from my 13yr old daughter and her love of books and reading. We visited other street libraries in our area and were inspired to become part of the Street Library Community. The library itself (and many of the books) were kindly gifted to us by a lady whose library no longer got much use. It soon became a family effort, with my father repairing and repainting the library then my children and I decorating and installing it in the front yard.
Located on the corner of Balls Lane and Enright Streets, we have a great selection of books for all ages - to help spark imagination and spread the love of reading.
Located at:7 Balls Lane, Mysterton, QLD, Australia, 4812
