Our street library has been created with much love and care by our kindergarten teacher. We wanted to create a colourful vibrant space where we could share beautiful books of all types with members of our community, and with each other at our early learning service.
Our goal for our street library is also to nurture a passion for literacy in our little learners, and help them to experience the delight of giving to others- as well as that amazing tingling feeling you get when you find a great book at your fingertips!
Our early learning service is located in a busy area, and we hope to build our library to offer something for everyone! We are also encouraging our families at our early learning service to take a book and leave a book or donate pre-loved books for us to stock in our street library.
We can’t wait to see where this project will lead us!
Our library is colourful, vibrant, and always being restocked with books for people of all ages and interests!
We love books here at our early learning service, and love sharing books with our local community!
