Our little library opened on a sunny morning in May 2017, during Library and Information Week. She is located along the footpath at the back entrance of the Queensland Academies Health Sciences Campus, between the Griffith Uni bridge and Village Cafe. The students and librarians of QAHS maintain our Street Library and we stock her with books that have been weeded from our main library collection and, book donations from our QAHS families. We hope that our Street Library will enable us to engage with the wider community 🙂
