This Street Library was made with love, by a young couple keen to develop a sense of community and spark the sharing of books in their neighbourhood.
With sustainability in mind, we opted to build the Street Library out of upcycled and recycled materials, as well as borrowing tools, rather than buying everything new.
We hadn’t done anything like this before, so it was an enjoyable challenge which required some upskilling, trial and error and general hoping for the best!
