Hervey Bay Street Library was installed by the Fraser Coast Council two years ago.
Rebecca Jane’s art represents the beautiful place she lives in – Hervey Bay! The colours of this Street Library are so vibrant and attract people to take a book and give a book. The Street Library has become a tourist attraction in itself.
