Kingsley Meerilinga Community Library

48 Peregrine Drive Kingsley

Come along and visit our Kingsley Meerilinga Community Library, it is a bright little nook at the front of our service, developed to promote early literacy for the little minds of our community.

Our community street library is connected to ‘Paint The Town ReAd’, a wonderful literacy initiative for our little people to be part of. A mascot egg is displayed bi-monthly and grows more and more when its read and sang to, hatching at the end of the year, this promotes much creative discussion and the desire to read often. Reading book together is a great opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with children and encourages creative conversations.
