Libby’s Library

Corner of Onyx Road and Garnet Road, Pearl Beach, NSW 2256

Donate, select, read, escape ... "I went away in my head, into a book" ... Neil Gaiman

This street library was painted by the very talented local artist Anthony Maestri to blend and harmonise with the natural landscape of Pearl Beach. It is dedicated to the memory of Libby Stewart who believed that while “rainy days should be spent at home with a cup of tea and a good book” (Bill Watterson), any day is a good day to share a book with friends.
