“Whole worlds pivot on acts of imagination.”
- The Thirteenth Doctor, The Tsuranga Conundrum.

Escape to another time and place with a reading adventure sourced from this Tardis of books.

Our family created this neighbourhood street library for our community to further share access to good stories and to help recycle reading material which people have finished with but is still serviceable and enjoyable. We hope you love your reading and recycling experience.

I used to rationalise my book purchases by passing those books (if they turned out to be good) to my Grandpa who was an avid reader. That way I could use shopping logic and tell myself I was really buying the book for TWO people to enjoy, so the book wasn’t really THAT expensive, once you divided it by two.
My Grandpa has now passed away so I cannot share books I have enjoyed with him anymore, but I can share with other people. I would like to dedicate this library, and the act of sharing which is pivotal to its’ existence to my late Grandpa.

“We’re all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?”
– The Eleventh Doctor, The Big Bang.

Happy Reading, good folks.
