A beautiful hand painted library at the home of Australian children's book author and illustrator May Gibbs, most famous for her gumnut baby characters, Snugglepot and Cuddlepie.

The street library at May Gibb’s Nutcote is kindy donated by the Johnson Foundation. Our hope is that books will be enjoyed by those living nearby and by visitors to the museum.
