Nelligen Street Library

Shop 1 Wharf Street Nelligen NSW 2536

This larger than life street library in the small town of Nelligen has something for everyone. There are a range of books that are regularly swapped around with so many genres to choose from as well as a collection of books for children as well. We have so many avid readers and book lovers that use the library so you're always sure to find something new or different to borrow and read.

This amazing 3 storey street library was designed and built by Nelligen local Bruce Coghlan and is absolutley amazing! It was painted by Melissa Alvey and her family during COVID to make it really pop with bright colours. It has now found its new home at the local cafe in Nelligen – The River Cafe. Huge thanks to Bull and Mark for offering it a new home. We look forward to the library getting lots of use at its new home while locals and visitors are enjoying a tasty meal at The River Cafe.
