Georges River Council aims to promote literacy and nurture a sense of community. As a council run child care service we would like to engage with our families & local community with our street library through the sharing books for all ages and interests.
Penshurst Long day care Centre have painted and installed a beautiful home for books, our “Street Library”. A place to promote a love of literacy, a space where young and old can build a sense of community.
