I discovered a street library when I was walking and thought it was such a simple yet friendly idea. While I was in the stage of getting it made, I also saw online a little free pantry, and thought it would be good to incorporate them both. This is a way to reach out to local folk with something that they may need or like. It gives others the opportunity to give back too, by helping keep the library stocked.
Located nearby to local post office and newsagent for easy access as you do your shopping. Also incorporates little free pantry for those who may be doing it tough in the neighbourhood. Same concept as library, take it if you need it, leave something if you can. Community supporting community.
Located at:8 Peter Street, Grovedale. Victoria. 3216
