Phyllis’s Library

13 Ashby Avenue Blackwood 5051 South Australia

Visit my library as I am always in need to read new books. My grandchildren live across the road and keep an eagle eye out for new children's books. My grandchildren make free gifts for library users.

My daughter had the library made for me to give me an interest after my husband passed away after a long and cruel illness.
It is named after my 90 year old mother who instilled in me a love of reading and even now with her eyesight fading she works hard to read each day.
As a child in a very small country school I loved our tiny library and the beautiful smell of the books. I always wanted to work in a library and have been lucky enough to do that for the past 25 years.
