The library is a project of the Rotary Club of Wendouree Breakfast and was designed, made and installed by Club members. Rotary as an organisation supports community development and education, often this is in an international sense. Our Club decided that we would like to provide a free library for community members to use and support. It is located close to Ballarat North Primary School and we have included a children’s section.
The library contains children's books, adult fiction and some history books. It is an eclectic selection of books aiming to suit community reading requirements.
