After visiting Canada recently, we noticed the big movement towards community street libraries and really appreciated the chance to swap our reading material while travelling. Then, back in Brisbane we have seen more of them popping up around, and wanted to be part of it.
We’ve built this library entirely from leftover building materials we had laying around at home, so just like the books, the library itself is getting a new lease on life. It is really rewarding to have created something new from bits and pieces, and we think it’s beautiful.
