I have frequented Street libraries for my endless need of new books and wanted to bring the same joy and convenience to our street.
My Dad constructed it for my birthday and I spent a month or more painting and varnishing it to represent us. It features a facade that matches our house, then a bookshelf of books on one side (with a few little Easter eggs to represent my family and I 😉) then a ‘Did you know?’ blackboard on the other side where we will put up little facts and interactive posts for the street. I hope you like it 💜
