Our intersection has been very much neglected by our council for pedestrians despite being between two nearby shopping areas. So we thought something for people walking to stop by at would be help build a sense of pedestrian community. I’m an English teacher and my daughter has a great social conscience so we thought a street library would be perfect.
Handily located on the intersection of two major roads, this surf themed tribute to the gateway to the beach has lights.
