When my daughter was born we used to frequent our local library to flick through books, meet new mums and enjoy the stories from not only the books but from everyone’s everyday lives too. Since moving out to Silverdale we’ve stopped our library excursions mainly because there’s none close enough for us to just enjoy at any given moment of the day. The joy and connection I felt while reading and visiting the library is what I want to give not only the children but also all the adults in our area.
A quaint little spot out in the sticks to grab a story or two before you wander over to Warragamba Damn for a book with a view!
