A Tiny Little Library on Hope Street.

54 Hope St White Gum Valley

I Love my library. I made it myself from my own design with some very kind help from my local Men's shed with advice and recycled materials.I've always wanted one and my garden and fenceline was the perfect home for one.I have painted and decorated it to merge into my garden so it is like a secret escape for anyone walking past and being drawn to open its doors.I love keeping it restocked with a wide variety of titles including a children's and teenager world. There are always people stopping and taking advantage of its gifts.Often they express their thanks, amazement and delight at the idea and ethos behind it.

Opening the doors of my tiny little library is like inviting your imagination into a world away from ‘the maddening crowd’.There is no ending to the magic world of books.
