The Cub Scouts wanted to create and maintain their own library after encountering a similar library while we were away for a weekend. This became a community project involving Cubs planning, painting and decorating a beautiful house for the books we collected. This library was made by a dedicated parent and installed by a member of a local Men’s shed.
We are pleased to have found a project that continues Toongabbie’s strong links with our neighbourhood.
The youth of 1st Toongabbie invite you to visit and admire our colourful library .
