My family loves books, we love the library and we love cruising around looking at the books on offer at others’ Street Libraries. With our bookcases overflowing, it was time to do a cull and offer some of our books to others. I have a love of hard rubbish and reusing/recycling so I found the fridge on gumtree and the chair down the road. Slapped on some bunting and Victoria St. Library was born. We hope that books will no longer be seen getting wet on the side of the road during kerbside collection and instead find their way to a Street Library to stay dry and enter a new home to be loved once more.
Relax on the seat provided whilst perusing the books on offer. Surrounded by lush greenery, select from an array of fiction and non-fiction books for children and adults. Donated books welcome.
