Our family love reading books but we have too many for our bookshelf space, and needed a place to recycle them. The suggestion for a street library was put to the family and the library was built. The build was a team effort of 3 generations of book lovers, some that have worked in the book industry. The name of the library comes from it’s location. Set in the dead-end of the street, many people use it to turn around, we also hope that the books will circulate around the local community too, hence the circuitous. We would love the library to be able to share our love for reading with others.
A colourful library complete with books for all readers. We are hoping to keep one shelf for kids, another for adults.
Located at:35 Wilson Concourse, Croydon North, VIC.
