This library was created with love, for our community, during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is made almost entirely from repurposed materials – including the timber from a desk that belonged to a dearly departed family member. We saw two yellow ladybugs when we were installing the library which inspired the name. Ladybugs mean good luck and new adventures. Reading is magical because it opens your mind to new adventures, possibilities and far off places.
We want our community to discover new adventures when they turn the pages of a book from our little library. Read, love and learn!
