Calling all Street Librarians who dedicate their libraries to a special interest… we want to hear from you!

This is a fun one for enthusiastic cooks in Sydney’s Inner West. The Dulwich Hill Cook Book Nook is all about food, cooking, eating and community. And books. Five things that are close to our heart.

Down in Dullo, Street Librarian Katinka has lovingly set up her Street Library to encourage sharing and swapping of cook books and recipes, and has even fashioned a space so that users of the library can share and trade herbs and produce from their gardens.

She says: “Come and explore… and if you have any cook books lying around that you are not using anymore, we would welcome any contributions!”

Does your Street Library – or one that you frequent – have a special focus like a language, or a passion?

We want to hear from you! Let us know.

And for those who visit Katinka’s Dulwich Hill Cook Book Nook… Bon Appétit!
