Dr Who goes there? Police in Penguin have been keeping a look out for unusual visitors to the town since this “Police Box” was first sighted in the main street about a week ago.
Residents have been seen entering the structure with books in hand. They then emerge with different books. They’re either travelling through space and time or participating in a Central Coast Council-supported book exchange. Investigations are continuing. 😉
