Has a Barn Owl painted on it with a magpie and my grandchildrens handprints and was built by my neighbour

I have wanted a library since Covid hit us .
We live at the bottom of Mt Rogers where lots of people walk past our home to walk around the mountain reserve. I really wanted to brighten peoples day and be part of a community spirit.
