I knew about Street Library but had not done anything about putting one up. I saw Costa make his on Gardening Australia and it spurred me on to finally make and put one up myself. It give me great joy to see youngsters open the library and look inside for a book.
I have a little poem on the door to entice people to browse and borrow. You may also see red or white tailed black cockatoos or other birds using the birdbaths.
