When the freezer in the Deception Bay Uniting Church Community Shed stopped working in 2019, the idea of re-purposing it as a street library was conceived. Through the passion and talents of members of the congregation, the freezer has been transformed into not only a Street Library, but also an amazing art installation. It provides another opportunity for our church to share God’s blessings with our local community.
