Inspired by other street libraries. St. Stephens Uniting Church Williamstown have received many donations of books for Garage Sales, so many that we were inspired to set up a Street Library so we could share our good fortune with our neighbours. One barbecue too many became an ideal weatherproof shelter for our books.
We want to inspire a love a books in all young people and make sure that no-one goes short of a book because they cannot afford to buy one.
