I’ve wanted to start a street library for a while now – ever since I watched a program about the Little Free Libraries in America.
I love books and reading and wanted to see if i could generate a closer feeling of community in my area, i see lots of young families around just like ours and i thought it might be an interesting way to finally meet some of them or at least share my books with them !
I'm the first in Charlestown and the Newcastle area ! My library has a great variety - kids books, fiction and eclectic non fiction. And I'll be rotating the books on a weekly basis so you'll always have something new to choose from ...
