The library was given as a gift in an attempt to get our vast collection of books out of the house and into the community. Little does the giver know it has just become a crucial part of an elaborate book laundering scheme.
The Magnificent Severn Street library is near a kids playground so always has a good dusting of kids books but we try to keep a strong line of adult fiction and non-fiction. It is heavily curated and some frequent users are in the book trade so there will often be new books in there.
The library also has sea views and is set in a community gardening project. The chance for meeting friendly neighbours and their dogs is exceptionally high.
