Every year Street Library Australia donates Street Libraries to individuals and not-for-profit organisations who can demonstrate the need for community building and a passion for literacy.
We are on the lookout for interested parties keen to join the Street Librarian community, and are inviting them to complete our very simple application process.
If successful, you will receive an unpainted Street Library to establish and care for. We ask that you be able to paint and install the library in a place accessible to the general community, be familiar with and supportive of the mission and values of Street Library Australia, and that you love and care for your Street Library.
